By accessing or using the Prime TMT website (eurocastings.co) or by placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
Prime TMT manufactures and supplies TMT reinforcement bars, welded mesh and superlinks. All technical data — including grades, diameters, weights, mechanical properties and applicable standards (IS 1786, BS 4449, ASTM A615) — is provided in good faith and is subject to mill tolerances and the relevant standard.
Mill test certificates are issued per consignment. The customer is responsible for selecting the correct grade and size for their structural design.
Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation document. All orders are subject to confirmation by Prime TMT and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT and applicable duties unless otherwise stated.
Once confirmed, orders may only be modified or cancelled with the written consent of Prime TMT and may be subject to charges for material already produced or allocated.
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Prime TMT is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, port congestion, regulatory holds or force majeure events.
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery at the agreed unloading point. The customer is responsible for adequate site access, unloading equipment and storage.
Payment terms are as agreed on the quotation or proforma invoice. Late payments may attract interest at the prevailing commercial rate. Prime TMT reserves the right to suspend further deliveries or withhold mill test certificates while invoices remain outstanding.
All products are manufactured to the standards stated on the relevant mill test certificate. Any claim relating to quantity, dimension or visible defect must be raised in writing within seven (7) days of delivery.
Claims relating to mechanical properties must be supported by an independent third-party test report from an accredited laboratory and reference the heat number and consignment.

No content may be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime TMT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages — including loss of profit, loss of contract or delay damages — arising out of the supply or use of our products. Our total liability for any single claim shall not exceed the invoice value of the consignment to which the claim relates.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.
Prime TMT may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the website or our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
